Your Safety is Our Priority

Tips for Buyers
How to protect yourself when buying vehicles or properties from independent sellers
Meet in public, crowded locations
Always arrange to meet sellers in well-lit, public areas such as shopping malls, coffee shops, or supermarket parking lots during daylight hours. Avoid private or remote locations.
Inspect & test before paying
Thoroughly examine the vehicle or property before handing over money. For vehicles, verify documents, registration cards, chassis numbers, and perform a test drive. For properties, inspect deeds, structural condition, and utilities.
Never send advance payments
Do not transfer deposits, reservation fees, or delivery costs in advance. Scammers often pressure you to pay early claiming the item is highly demanded. Pay only after you hold the item.
Tips for Sellers
How to verify buyers and ensure you receive payments securely
Verify the buyer's identity
Communicate through our in-app chat first. Ask for a phone call before meeting. If a buyer behaves aggressively, ignores product details, or rushes the meet, proceed with caution.
Verify payment clearance directly
Never trust bank transaction receipts sent via SMS or image screenshots (which can be easily forged). Open your own banking app directly and verify that the balance has updated successfully.
Protect financial details
Only share your standard bank account number or QR code necessary to make the direct transfer. Never share PINs, OTP codes, card details, or security credentials.
